As a Wedding Photographer based in Dubai and Paris, I am always excited about weddings in Dubai or Paris.
I was super excited with Usman & Sabah’s Indian/Pakistani wedding. Sabah had informed me that they have a minimalist approach to their wedding and their idea of wedding was all about having fun with family and friends.
Everything about this wedding was different, from the Bridal Trousseau or the wedding dress to her floral bouquet or the wedding flowers and the wedding day table decor. Sabah is a wedding planner and definitely her wedding stood out as one of the most unique weddings that I have ever photographed.
Also pairing her white beaded wedding trousseau with an emerald set made her stand out as a bride. Use of Pampas grass that can be sourced abundantly in UAE along with dried lavender made everything look so aesthetic .
Usman wore a traditional Pakistani Groom’s wedding suit to match Sabah’s eclectic style.
Sabah found her dream Bridal trousseau in Pakistan, it was hand embroidered with white and pastel beads that was carefully flown down in Dubai.
Usage of Terracotta pots and dried floral arrangement as table decor on the wedding day not only gave an elegant look to this wedding but also looked fabulous with the organic backdrop of Al Seef. Sabah ensured that everything about this weeding is rustic, organic and sustainable.
Like they say that the theme for any wedding is hidden in the location. Sabah and Usman’s wedding checked every box for an inspiration wedding, and that is exactly why it is so important to choose a location that you can relate to. It so important to visualize yourself as a bride in the location.
This wedding was so iconic that it got published twice on Vogue, Once in Vogue India and then in Vogue Arabia
